Terms and Conditions

1. Clubs participating in the Scheme are listed for each County and only their
members are eligible to participate.

Some Counties automatically include all their member clubs in their scheme. In other Counties, club apply for membership of the scheme.

2. Members may play each course once only during the year
at the reduced County Card Green Fee.

The year is usually defined as until 30th March 2009.

Some clubs may allow more than one visit or round.

3. Play may be to restricted Monday to Friday with Public holidays usually excluded. Such Clubs may offer a weekend Green Fee rate.

4. Members must book in advance by telephone and this Card
must be produced as proof of identity to obtain the
concession.

5. An Official of the host Club must enter the date of visit and
sign in the space provided.

6. This Card is available for purchase by Ladies and
Gentlemen members and also Juniors with a Max Handicap
of 28.

Some counties require any County card visitor to have a CONGU handicap

7. A Member is entitled to only one card per year, even
though he/she may be a member of more than one Club.

8. If a Member wishes to play more than one round on the
day, permission/fee must be obtained/agreed with host club.

9. The Card may not be used when the holder is visiting as a
member of a Golf Society, Team or Organised Party. Some clubs may allow this facility but prior agreement must have been obtained

10. The host clubs dress rules, both in the clubhouse and on the
course, must be checked before play and strictly adhered to.

11 Other participating counties may have slightly different rules and
regulations, and these must be checked when booking.
